"School for the science of consciousness" isn't a decorative phrase. It's a specific claim: that awareness itself, the thing doing the noticing right now, can be studied directly and rigorously, not just written about.
Two ways of searching for the same thing
Two traditions have spent thousands of years asking what's real. One works from the outside in: observe, measure, form a hypothesis, test it. That's science, in the ordinary sense of the word. The other works from the inside out: sit with direct experience itself, closely and honestly enough that its actual nature becomes obvious rather than assumed.
Most people are taught to trust only the first path and treat the second as a matter of opinion or belief. Being Bliss treats the second path as equally rigorous, when it's done properly, with the same honesty and precision as any real experiment: you have to actually look, not just assume you already know what you'll find.
Where the "Art" fits in
Knowing something and living from it are two different achievements. A person can understand a teaching completely and still not be transformed by it. The gap between the two is closed by practice, repetition, and skill, which is a large part of why we call the third piece "Art": turning direct insight into an actual, livable way of being, not just a correct answer to a question.
What this looks like in practice
Concretely: a real technique, applied consistently enough to produce a real, checkable result, in your own direct experience, not taken on someone else's word. That's the whole method, laid out fully (and for free) in Essentials of Essence.
